- Provide general Mail Center and Copy Center services while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General sorting of interoffice and U.S. Postal mail
- Process outgoing mail
- Shipping and receiving of overnight packages using tracking software
- Operate and evaluate postage machine, high speed copiers, and binding equipment
- Update and maintain mail slot accuracy
- Ability to process copy and binding jobs from start to finish.
- General office duties
- Job level will commensurate with experience and knowledge
