Job Description
Organizes and dispatches incoming mail based on department or recipient to guarantee prompt distribution. Manages the sorting and delivery of interdepartmental mail, including notifications and memoranda. Retrieves mail from various departments. Proficiently operates mail equipment such as postage meters, photocopying machines, and mail folding and inserting machines. Complete all other tasks on an as need basis.

High School Diploma/GED
