Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Operate mailing equipment.
- Superior customer service.
- Billing maintenance.
- Communicating with Administrative on problems and resolving with hospital staff if appropriate.
- Collaborating with Supervisors in various offices and regions to support operations for multiple clients.
- Providing support and performing additional duties as needed.
- Answering phones and working the reception desk.
- Attending to various reports as instructed by manager.
- Performing general clerical and front office duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
