```Role
As a 1st Shift Extrusion Operator (also known as Plastics Production Operator), you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring product quality, and meeting production goals. This is a full-time role, with a schedule of Monday to Thursday, 5:45am – 4:00pm, and mandatory overtime on Fridays and some Saturdays.
