Job Description:

The GB/GM AML Platform Management and Transformation Team leads and owns a host of functions across the program, including access controls/management, program delivery planning, prioritization, release management, optimization & implementation, law, rule & regulation evaluation/tech implementation, business requirements gathering & documentation, change governance, user acceptance testing (UAT), production validation testing (end users) planning and coordination , and audit & exam management for the full ecosystem of AML platforms including AWARE, AKRIT, DCRS, ESCM, etc.

The person filling this position will be responsible for leading the user acceptance and Production validation test planning, coordination and execution activities for the full suite of AML applications and processes that are required for E2E AML/KYC business process management. This includes client onboarding, refresh, offboarding, document management, screening, risk assessment, reporting, client integration, digitization and QA. Engaging with senior leadership, process owners, business partners, end users and technology teams supporting multiple business lines across Global Banking & Global Markets (footprint in 38 countries). They will be expected to have a deep understanding of extremely complex and business critical processes and Product functionality, in addition to strategic thought and insight to continue driving delivery of best in class AML processes and Products for our clients and shareholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategic and tactical execution of LRR and transformation change to all GB/GB AML platforms and processes
  • Own all test planning and execution activities to ensure successful delivery of change across the AML ecosystem
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand/manage expectations re. implementation and test execution
  • Facilitate reviews of requirements/system design/functionality with stakeholders, process owners and end users
  • Oversight of operational readiness and adoption activities, including walkthroughs of new/modified functionality and processes
  • Assist with triage of production issues, audit/exams and daily escalations
  • Seek, identify, document, socialize and implement process, platform and automation enhancement opportunities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing testing and owning initiatives with broad impacts to users and clients and financials
  • Managing audits and internal exams processes form end to end
  • Understanding of financial services sector and Product offerings
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Know your Customer experience
  • Experience working with global teams on a global clock
  • Experience with Pega CLM and/or other AM/ KYC workflow tools
  • Experience in business process management (BPM) automation tools
  • Technology and/or product management background
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are an absolute must
  • Ability to translate technical information to non-technical people
  • Expert in both waterfall and agile change methodology (SDLC)
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized and ability to problem solve under pressure and a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Outstanding relationship management, ability to influence decisions and resolve conflicts
  • Process definition (including Visio/similar tools) and implementation experience
