Folding Machine Operator

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure proper functioning
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Load materials into machines and adjust settings as necessary
- Monitor production process and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Proficient in operating Fanuc and other machinery
- Knowledge of CAM programming and GD&T
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with fabricating and using hand tools
- Familiarity with press brake machines is a plus
