About Us:

LECOM at Elmwood Gardens is a Skilled Nursing Facility within the LECOM Institute for Successful Aging embracing our Why, to care for every person as family. Conveniently located at 2628 Elmwood Avenue in Erie, LECOM at Elmwood Gardens is the newest addition to the LECOM Institute for Successful Aging continuum of care – offering both Skilled Nursing and Personal Care to our residents. The LECOM Health System features a teaching hospital, medical wellness and fitness center, inpatient and outpatient therapy settings, an advanced wound center with hyperbaric chambers, four (4) Skilled Nursing Facilities and more, all located in Erie, PA.

Licensed Practical Nurse

Are you a passionate, dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse? If so, LECOM at Elmwood Gardens is looking for LPNs like you to comprise an integral component of our healthcare team!

Qualifications:

• Valid and current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
