Rate: $65 Hourly and 1.5x rate after 40 hours

Location: Lake Stevens, Washington at an assisted living facility

Are you a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse Manager with experience in the assisted living environment? A 32 bed ALF in Lake Stevens, Washington, is actively seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to lead our nursing team in providing exceptional care to our residents and communication to their families..

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Team Leadership:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical staff in our assisted living facility.
  • Provide leadership and support to ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents.
• Care Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to the unique needs of each resident.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive and personalized care.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular assessments of resident care to uphold high-quality standards.
• Training and Development:
  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to nursing staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment focused on resident-centered care.
• Patient Advocacy:
  • Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voice is heard in the care planning process.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the overall resident experience.

Qualifications:

• Current Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within an assisted living setting.
• Knowledge of assisted living regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
