Join our team as a PRN Substitute RBT and float to various facilities throughout Central Indiana on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct one-on-one or group-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to clients as assigned.
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
- Collect accurate and objective data on client progress and behavior, and communicate observations to the supervising BCBA.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment for clients and their families, fostering independence, skill development, and social inclusion.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including BCBAs, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and others, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and ethical standards outlined by the company and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of behavior analysis and therapy.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and uphold ethical standards of practice at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Certification in the Mandt System for Crisis Prevention and Intervention (MCPP) preferred.
