Job Description:
Illuminate ABA Therapy is seeking a fun, energetic, individual to work part-time providing evidence-based, behavioral therapy to individuals on the autism spectrum.
Our program is overseen by Clinical Directors and highly experienced BCBAs that can offer supervision as well. For those without registration, RBT training is provided, and fees are covered by Illuminate.

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Experience preferred but not necessary
- Ability to commute to clients homes and comfort working in home environment as well as clinic locations
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Provide one-on-one behavior intervention sessions with clients, following established protocols.
- Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with the treatment team, including BCBAs and other professionals, to review and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in acquiring and improving life skills and appropriate behaviors.
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
- Conduct preference assessments and reinforcement procedures to enhance motivation and engagement.
- Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across environments.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in the field of behavior analysis.
