Job summary: Responsible for the smooth and efficient patient flow within the clinic
Expectations:
Manages all Nurses and activities in the facility
- Attend Clinical Meeting
- Stand up Meeting
- Receive report from each team Group Huddle discuss showers
- Follow up on tasks given at clinic meeting
- Medicare assessments
- Follow up on Labs and X rays
- Follow up on pharmacy needs
- Follow up on Faxes
- Makes sure that medications and supplies are in stock
- Assist with in-services
- Remind Floor nurses to reorder meds Tues/Thurs including Narcs
- Monthly out date audit
- Destroy Narcs on Fridays
- Risk Management investigation
- Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating
- Promotes patients’ independence by establishing patient care goals,
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by designing and implementing procedures
Requirements to join the team:
- Valid state RN/LPN License
- Charge Nurse experience
- Organizational and Multitasking skills
- BLS Certification
