Part-Time Property Manager Assistant Position:
-Core Responsibilities:
* Interacting with tenants and vendors.
* Data entry and filing.
* Posting notices and doing errands.
* Rent collection.
* Drafting correspondences.
-Requirements Include:
* Good problem-solving and customer service skills and the ability to stay organized.
* Good verbal and written skills.
* Be proficient in Word/Excel.
* Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* A high school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
* Successful completion of a background check.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Santa Monica, CA 90405: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
