Job Details:

• 8-Week Contract
• Full-Time
• 40 Hours per week
• OT possible, not guaranteed
• Morning, Evening, and Midnight Shift
• 6:30a-2:45p, 2:30p-10:45p, 10:30p-6:45a
• EMR System-Matrix
• Medical benefits, dental, vision, 401k

Job Requirements:

• Active ILLPN License
• Active AHA BLS
• At least 2 years of LPN experience
• 1 year of LTC experience
• COVID Vaccine or exemption
• Joint Commission Onboarding
