About the Role:
- We are looking for an End to End Supply Chain/Customer Care Support Representative to serve as the main point of contact for communications and escalations related to the daily fulfillment and execution of activities supporting our customer portfolios throughout the order fulfillment life-cycle. The role is based in Florham Park
Responsibilities:
- Process SAP Purchase Orders and Customer Orders
- Proactively communicate with Customers on order status and manage the order to cash process
- Coordinate with manufacturers on production/quality lab status to support customer requirements
- Collaborate with key business partners to support Sales & Operations
- Planning Coordinate with Master Production Schedulers to optimize regional production requirements using ERP systems such as SAP & APO DP
- Plan order requirements for raw materials and packaging components for contract manufacturing formulation and packaging sites
- Create and transmit purchase orders for raw material and packaging components Manage stock transfer orders and create delivery notes for stock transfers
- Monitor reports to track open orders, supplier confirmations, and delivery dates Confirm logistics activities for shipments and escalate/expedite as necessary
- Enter Customer Complaints
- Confirm availability of required labels at production point.
- Reconcile month-end physical inventories, verify invoices, and assist in controlling raw material/packaging material deliveries and finished raw production at third party formulation and packaging sites.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Required Skills:
