REG Events Inc is a dynamic event solutions company specializing in providing portable bars for events on the East Coast. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Logistics Coordinator / Executive Assistant.
Position Overview:
In this role, you will serve as a key support member, handling logistics coordination and providing executive assistance to ensure the seamless execution of our events. Attention to detail, proficiency with Google Sheets and Forms, and excellent communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate logistics for events, including transportation, delivery, and setup of portable bars.
· Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and event staff to ensure smooth operations.
· Utilize Google Sheets and Forms to track and manage event details, inventory, and schedules.
· Assist in preparing and sending communication to clients regarding event logistics and requirements.
· Follow up with clients and vendors to confirm details and address any concerns or changes.
· Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management and document preparation.
· Assist with other tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of events.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in logistics coordination or executive assistance is preferred.
· Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Forms is required.
· Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Experience in the events or hospitality industry is a plus.
