GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Logistic Coordinator is responsible for fulfilling orders through properly identifying the correct item(s), packaging appropriately to ensure items arrive to destination in tack, shipping, tracking, and delivery confirmation for all packages. The Logistics Coordinator is also responsible performing cycle counts on all inventoried supplies, parts, and equipment, along with ensuring that parts are labeled properly and located in the proper physical and system location.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
In order of importance – Include frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.)
- Maintain parts inventory
- Maintain supply inventory
- Maintain Warehouse Supplies
- Fill and ship customer orders
- Fill and ship field technician replenishment orders
- Fill and ship tech service call parts orders
- Identify warranty claims
- Perform cycle counts on all inventoried items
- Complete parts transfers
- Label parts properly
- Receive and manage incoming shipments
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Additional duties as assigned

EDUCATION & TRAINING
- High school education required.
- Experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, and be proficient at utilizing a computer.
- Professional phone skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail, responsiveness, superior organizational skills, and self-motivation.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Work independently with a “team” player mentality.
