Responsibilities

• Create material certifications for shipments
• Work with Transportation & Supplier web portals to coordinate Pick-ups, complete ASNs & retrieve labels
• Obtain and analyze freight quotes all modes
• Coordinate departures with various freight carriers
• Review internal shipping reports
• Create outbound shipping documentation for both domestic and international shipments
• Perform ASN creation/entry
• Monitor departmental inboxes, review, distribute information and requests
• Research and coordinate completion of Trade Compliance requests
• Review and interpret vendor routing guides and update associated customer accounts accordingly
• Work on various projects as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Transportation field preferred, with an understanding of Transportation Routing Guides and Customer Routed Transportation programs
• Associate degree in business or logistics preferred
• Minimum 1 year related experience
• Manufacturing experience a plus
• Strong computer skills within Microsoft Suite
• ERP experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish or French a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis
