INVENTORY ASSOCIATE, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY TASKS:

• Maintain and update internal enterprise software with all product inventory including pricing, specifications and locations.

• Order processing and entry of product into system; Process order confirmations from manufacturer to assure orders are entered correctly by manufacturer. Verify colors, options, engine, etc. are accurate per the General Managers' requests.

• Process production starts, order changes, and secure ship-to locations. Process location reassignments.

• Reconcile internal reports with manufacturer open order reports for accuracy on a weekly basis.

• Develop and maintain a synergetic relationship with Store Managers.

• Establish and maintain good relationship with manufacturer contacts.

• Keep current on all product changes, enhancements, production issues, etc.

• Communicate effectively with entire Products team.

• Update system weekly with final delivery locations for units going into production the following week.

• Identify and present opportunities for Process Improvement.

• Alert assigned locations of new product deliveries to their location, 48 hours before the arrival.

• Receive products timely into system after delivered to locations

• Reconcile products record in system with all relevant information from each invoice.

• Expediently update statuses of orders, on-order to available, as the units are received, creating A/P for all manufacturers for all products.

• Update Pricing in system for Brands assigned as updates are received from the manufacturers.

• Project a professional and service-oriented image to the field, manufacturers and leadership.

• Other duties/special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong attention to detail
• Accuracy with heavy volume of data entry
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Good time management skills
• Proactive communication among the team members and corporate business partnerships
• Generally a Monday-Friday schedule, however a Saturday or Sunday may be required on occasion depending on workload
• Pay is commensurate with experience
