Logistics Coordinator

Duties include:

• Coordinating with transportation/3PL providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
• Responding to customer inquiries and referring internal/external clients to the proper channels
• Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
• Identifying and fixing shipping errors
• Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
• Enter sales and purchase orders into ERP system and distribute accordingly
• Confirm purchase order receipt with vendors through order management software
• Coordinate transport/movement of materials
• Receive material into ERP system

• Excellent customer service skills
• Two (2) to four (4) years' work experience in supply chain, business administration or customer service role
• Post-secondary education in Business and/or Supply Chain Management would be considered an asset
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills

• Self-management including attention to detail, organizational and time management skills & ability to manage multiple competing priorities

• Results-oriented and creative thinking with a focus on quality and the ability to see the big picture
