Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Schedule transportation of equipment and track location and condition of equipment.
• Assist personnel with scheduling repairs and maintaining log of repairs as needed.
• Order materials from approved material vendors and relay information to appropriate personnel.
• Deliver materials to job sites as needed.
• Work closely with Operations team to update look ahead calendar daily.
• Dispatch field personnel and provide them with all relevant job information.
• Set up Dig Alert notification and maintain up to date log of notifications as needed.
• Manage and update Vendor List as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Microsoft skills, including Excel
• Ability to work out of town if needed Previous operations/logistics experience
• Previous construction field/terminology experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the construction industry
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.36 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
