Responsibilities:
- Schedule transportation of equipment and track location and condition of equipment.
- Assist personnel with scheduling repairs and maintaining log of repairs as needed.
- Order materials from approved material vendors and relay information to appropriate personnel.
- Deliver materials to job sites as needed.
- Work closely with Operations team to update look ahead calendar daily.
- Dispatch field personnel and provide them with all relevant job information.
- Set up Dig Alert notification and maintain up to date log of notifications as needed.
- Manage and update Vendor List as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Microsoft skills, including Excel
- Ability to work out of town if needed Previous operations/logistics experience
- Previous construction field/terminology experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the construction industry
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Clean driving record.

Salary: $22.36 - $25.00 per hour
