Role: Logistics and Fulfillment Assistant
We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Logistics and Fulfillment Assistant who can navigate the bustling atmosphere of a startup. Your knack for getting things where they need to go will be crucial in delivering our products to our cherished customers. Daily responsibilities include product kitting, folding boxes, applying labels, and more, depending on the company's growing and evolving needs.
Responsibilities:
- Daily fulfillment operations: kitting, packing, labeling, and shipping orders with precision and care.
- Assist with warehouse dynamics including inventory control, storage, and distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for coordinated demand planning and order fulfillment.
- Support team on administrative and miscellaneous tasks (startup life is full of surprises and we're looking for someone resourceful, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks).
Skills:
- Outstanding work ethic and can-do attitude.
- Grounded understanding of logistics principles and a willingness to get hands-on with daily fulfillment tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools for monitoring and analyzing logistics performance.
- Stellar problem-solving skills with the ability to pinpoint and tackle issues head-on.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration
