AddressNorthEast Electrical is looking for an exceptional team player to join our Warehouse Team as a Warehouse Clerical Assistant!
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Rate: $21/hr
Work Location: Brockton Headquarters (on site)

What a typical day looks like in this role:
- Daily research of shortages with purchasing issues.
- Daily logging of material that is not received or still in process.
- Processing and returning Annual Stock Returns to Vendors.
- Assist inbound schedule appointments with various trucking companies.
- Perform data entry to receive material into the Eclipse System.
- Handling and documenting freight claim with inbound carriers.
- Maintain and create various excel spreadsheets as needed.
- Work closely with the Purchasing and Accounts Payable departments.
- Assist in the coordination of our New Service Capabilities (Blue Wire Reels, Carts, Cages etc.)
What we are looking for you to bring to us:
- Ability to organize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
- Must have good phone and math skills.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft excel, word and outlook.
- Ability to problem solve
- Work as part of a team
- Reliable and positive attitude
- Working knowledge of eclipse system a plus
