Full-Time Job: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday thru Friday
Location: 67 Kemble St., Boston, MA
Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour

Job Summary:
As Assistant Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for verifying accurate receipts of goods, distribution to proper locations, and updating records. You will also be responsible for pricing accessories, and printing price stickers. You will assist the Warehouse manager in other duties to ensure the department is well organized, clean, and runs efficiently.
What You Will Do:
· Fulfill online and store-sourced orders.
· Receive shipments and verify for accuracy according to Purchase Order.
· Monitor the quality of shipments.
· Package finished goods per our set standards.
· Update data of inbound/outbound shipment
· Distribute the shipment to the proper locations.
· Price accessories, jewelry and select apparel.
· Maintain clear communication with the 25 store managers regarding sales orders as needed.
· Manage and organize back stock of products in the warehouse.
· Communicate efficiently between departments.
· Print price stickers in bulk for factories.
· Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to order packaging supplies.
· Assure the department is clean and well organized.
· Assemble boxes for packaging.
· Assist in other operational areas as needed.
What You Will Need:
· Must be highly organized, able to multitask, and prioritize tasks.
· Be responsible, honest, and have a friendly positive attitude.
· Must be flexible on daily tasks and willing to assist other departments as needed.
· Have good basic computer skills, able to do data entry.
· Have good communication skills both verbal and written.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to lift and move up to 65 lbs.
· Able to navigate the warehouse and receiving area with free movement to sort and review orders.
