This position is contingent upon contract award.

In support of Program Manager Supply & Maintenance Systems (PM SMS), we are seeking a Configuration Manager with experience in supporting DOD/Marine Corps acquisition logistics programs and life cycle management events; familiarization with acquisition logistics policy/principles, and interfacing with government principals.

Responsibilities:

Lead and direct integrated logistics support (ILS) activities designed to provide effective and efficient life cycle support of systems and equipment. Recommend ILS element planning and progress to ensure compliance with program requirements, specifications, and standards. The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Serve as the DHA Liaison for all acquisition logistics matters in support of the Family of Field Medical Equipment (FFME).

• Submit requests for information from the DHA, and associated DoD organizations to the program office.

• Provide recommendations for Courses of Action (COAs) on the submitted RFIs (to include equipment RFIs) and serve as the point of contact and liaison for the FFME team.

• Draft, and update sourcing standardization IAW Tactical Combat Casualty Care guidelines to mitigate obsolescence or other sustainability issues.

• Draft configuration packages to medical equipment in support of all AMALs/ADALs to include operator and maintainer training.

• Review and track, medical recall information and/or Medical Material Quality Control (MMQC) messages for upload to MLO Class VIII Enterprise designated MMQC Repository.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma Required

• Preferred eight (8) years of related progressive professional work experience in Life-Cycle Logistics planning and management with a minimum of six (6) years of experience in at least two directly related technological areas, including experience in all phases of logistics acquisition and logistics planning.

• DAWIA, or professional accreditation preferred.

Specific/Preferred Requirements:

• Proficiency in sustainment / RAM / support analysis, setting program supportability objectives, conducting program evaluations, providing analysis of logistics effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with specifications, requirements and performance objectives.

• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office/SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, VIPER, SAM, GSA Library/eBuy, DSBS.

• Expert proficiency in TFSMS, TLCM-OST, GCSS-MC, TDM, Catalyst, FedLog, WEBFLIS.

• Position may require the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
