Summary:
Oversee and manage SAP master data, process changes, and configuration focusing on Supply Chain modules and Material Resource Planning data, with a strong concentration on raw materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Business Process Owners to understand pain points and provide improvements/efficiency opportunities throughout the Supply Chain Functions.
- Review, analyze, and modify SAP ERP Master Data related to Material Master and Supply Chain Functions.
- Review, analyze, and modify SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) configuration including updating, testing, and debugging to support the organization's Supply Chain Functions.
- Analyze and implement forecasting opportunities and optimize inventory levels for raw materials.
- Ensure the reliable performance of the ERP System and other related software associated with the ERP System.
- Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
- Troubleshoot/solve user issues within ERP and related systems.
- Enhance and improve the ERP system ‘s efficiency.
- Participate in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test, and implement enhancements to the ERP and related systems.
- Recommend new features or changes to configuration/workflows based on user feedback.
- Gather user requirements and create reporting specifications.
- Collaborate with programmers and consultants to review user specifications.
- Project management of internal requests and external consulting support.

Education/Experience:
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems or equivalent degree
- Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools, preferably SAP
- Basic manufacturing and Supply Chain business knowledge
- Microsoft System knowledge including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL, and SharePoint
- Must understand software development, testing and support
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to initiate and participate in technical discussions on complex issues
- Project management skills
Preferred Experience:
- SAP ERP Experience
- Programming knowledge such as VB, VBA, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, JAVA, C++, or ABAP
- Ability to extract requirements from business rules and interactions with users
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
