Local Community Marketing Coordinator

Adventure Kids Playcare is seeking to add a local area marketing manager to our team! Our local area marketing manager is responsible for attracting new customers to our business through marketing in the surrounding community areas of Southlake, Flower Mound, Highland Village and McKinney. This position will operate as a brand ambassador representing our company in a positive and professional manner. Duties include but not limited to:

• Setting up partnerships with local businesses, schools and non-profits
• Finding community events and setting up booths at community events
• Creating and hosting Local Community events
• Giving presentations to large and small groups
• Research and develop relationships to create cross-promotion programs
• Distributing information to local businesses
• Create and track effectiveness of marketing plan
• Maintain print ads and contracts
• Market content listings on local websites and social media posting.

Requires approximately 30-40 hours per week with a flexible work schedule. Specific hours will vary depending on tasks/events - weekends will be required for event marketing. Childcare available.

Qualifications:

Outside sales or previous marketing experience is a required. Excellent communication and presentation skills to small and large groups
Strong relationship building skills and familiarity with the Local Community
Ability to communicate articulately and confidently both verbally and in writing with individuals.
Proficient with various social media formats

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for community events a must!

• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
