SalaryBASIC SUMMARY:
The Loan Services Representative provides a variety of task in the servicing of customer loans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide loan support services; Organize and carry out loan filing; Conduct credit references; Maintain credit and insurance files.
· Provide post-closing loan service including but not limited to:
o Set-up and customer file maintenance
o Exception tracking
o Escrow payments
o Selling and reporting of loans sold on secondary markets
· Perform services as member of the Loan Servicing Team.
· Provide assistance to other team members, as requested.
· Comply with Code of Ethics standards and all applicable bank compliance laws and regulations.
· Perform all other related duties as assigned.
**Starting salary is commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
