Location: Littleton, MA (Hybrid)

Compensation: The salary range for this role is between $23 - $25 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.

Workers Federal Credit Union (WCU) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Loan Servicing Representativeto join our Loan Operations Department.

As our Loan Servicing Representative, you will be responsible for performing daily duties related to consumer & mortgage Loan Servicing.

Every day we will rely on you to process loan payoffs, prepare mortgage discharges, attend to tickets related to consumer and mortgage loans and assist with other loan related items as assigned.

What you will need to be successful:

• One year of banking experience
• Strong attention to detail, ability to process work quickly and accurately, and must demonstrate the ability to work under deadline pressure
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
