Loan Servicing Manager

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Must have high school education or equivalent; a 2-year or 4-year college level degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related position in a community bank.
• Understanding of accounting principles and practices required.
• Understanding of bank regulations required.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office products, including Word and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision.
