Coordinator provides direct supervision and administrative and clinical support to Case Managers to ensure quality services are provided. Provide program development, administration, and public relations. Utilize leadership skills to foster positive staff engagement.Position based in Summersville, WV.
Master's Degree in a Human Service field and experience in behavioral health required. WV Social Work License preferred. Supervisory (administrative and clinical) experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Employment Fitness Determination through WVCARES and a drug screen.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Able to represent Seneca in a positive manner i.e. maintaining a positive attitude/performing duties in a manner in accordance with Seneca’s Mission & Code of Conduct/Ethical Practices.
Demonstrated knowledge of computer skills required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Recruit, interview, recommend for hire, provide orientation and training, clinical and administrative supervision, and evaluate performance of team.
- Establish and maintain processes to ensure staff provide high quality services and to assure clients have access to needed services and resources.
- Ensure the required information for authorization is submitted prior to service; follow-up on authorizations as needed.
- Ensure the provision of high-quality, evidence-based treatment.
- Review documentation for Quality Improvement and adherence to licensing and other standards.
- Model and ensure staff follow Seneca Code of Conduct & Ethical Practices.
- Provide direction and training/supervision to ensure all standards are maintained by employees.
- Complete monthly reports, as required.
- Establish professional relationships and collaborate with other providers and organizations.
- Maintain knowledge of all policies and procedures and program manuals; ensure staff are in compliance.
- Assure quality service for clients by becoming knowledgeable of and adhering to rules, regulations, and legal requirements and by documenting services provided in accordance with established standards; secure information by adhering to HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations and Seneca privacy policies.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
