Duties:

• Assist in pre-qualifying clients and inputting information for disclosure.
• Support in submitting complete files and managing workflow efficiently.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to expedite loan closures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting financial information such as taxes and debts.
• Aid in evaluating creditworthiness and eligibility for obtaining mortgage loans.
• Provide support in interviewing clients and guiding them through mortgage loan options.
• Assist in preparing and submitting mortgage loan applications.
• Ensure data accuracy in compliance with national and local financial regulations.
• Monitor application processes and report on progress.
• Support clients through the loan approval or rejection process, resolving application issues as needed.
• Stay updated on new mortgage loan policies and maintain compliance with privacy laws and confidentiality policies.
• Assist in building a supportive referral network with clients, lenders, and real estate agents.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with mortgage loan processes and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in organizing and managing tasks effectively.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
