Loan Officer Assistant

Griffin Funding is a national direct lender focusing on Non-QM (DSCR, Bank Stmt, & 5-10 units), VA and HELOANs Loans in 27 states. Our Orange County office is located in Laguna Niguel. We are seeking experienced Loan Officers to call and close our leads.

Job Duties:

• Ensure files get STP'd with the proper supporting docs after the 1003 is complete and loan is locked
• Client Check-Ins
• Book ChiliPiper Appts for LO(s)
• Help facilitate the 3 R's: Review, Repeat, Refer
• Following Up on New Leads to Ensure they get touched 15x within the first 5-7 days
• Following Up with Realtors to ensure LO(s) stay in front and top of mind for local agents as well as agents that they have worked with on purchases across the county

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
