Litigation Practice Specialist, Ip & Product Liability Litigation

Tesla is seeking a full-time Litigation Practice Specialist to support the Intellectual Property and Product Liability Litigation Team. The Litigation Practice Specialist will partner with paralegals and attorneys on matters by assisting with case management. The work is primarily in support of US clients but extends outside the US as the business requires. The Practice Specialist will maintain and improve upon processes and practices to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal team. We are seeking someone who provides high quality professional services and assistance to the paralegals, lawyers and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• A minimum of 5 years of law firm experience as a litigation secretary (California litigation experience required and Texas experience helpful)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
• Extensive knowledge of court e-filing and trial procedures and rules in Federal and State Courts
• Team player having the desire and initiative to develop and take ownership of projects
• The ideal candidate will have excellent technical, organizational, and administrative skills, as well as strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across multiple teams to produce results
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment and uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality
