Dental Front Office for Endodontic Practice

Endodontic specialty dental office is looking for a full-time Front Office administrator. This is a small modern office with one doctor so the candidate will be managing all of the practice administration aspect. Candidate must be experienced in scheduling, dental benefit plans and patient billing. Candidate must be professional in appearance, have a friendly personality, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills. Full time candidates get holiday pay, Time off pay, and 401-K.

Job Type:

· Full-time position available

· Full-time is Monday through Thursday

· Daily schedule is 8:30 am-5:00 pm and on occasional basis beyond 5:00 pm

· We offer competitive salary based on experience

Duties include but not limited to:

· Verify insurance & set up

· Handle insurance claims and billing

· Manage collections, preparing statements, follow-up insurance claims

· Greeting and checking in patients

· Answering phone, text and email inquiries

· Manage daily schedule and patient records

Qualifications:

· Minimum two to three years of Front Office dental administrative experience

· Familiarity with dental benefit plan billing

· Knowledge of at least one dental management software

· Great computer skills and knowledgeable in Microsoft

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Being bilingual is a plus, but not required
