A Real Estate Attorney is a foreclosure law firm located in Syosset, NY. We specialize in Lender/Creditor side default services as well as real estate transactions representing Sellers, Purchasers and Banks. We also represent Sellers and Purchasers in REO and Short Sale closings.The Position:
A Real Estate Attorney is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with at least 2+ years of experience. The attorney will need to appear in court for mandatory settlement conferences, motions, status hearings, etc.
- Firm's practice is concentrated in foreclosure, bankruptcy and litigation
- Seeking attorney with 2+ years of foreclosure experience
- Knowledge of Black Knight (LPS), Tempo a plus
- Immediate hire and training
- Salary commensurate with experience
