Commercial Litigation Attorney (Hybrid)

Description:

Well established Downtown Manhattan Commercial Litigation Firm seeks an Attorney, admitted to the New York Bar with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial and construction litigation. This position will require an ability to prepare complex pleadings, written discovery, conduct depositions, and draft motions and briefs, with minimal supervision. Candidates must be capable of independently managing a litigation caseload, drafting motion and brief arguments, and handling cases from intake through completion. All applicants must have strong oral and written communication capabilities, excellent research, writing and time management skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
