This position may be hybrid and all candidates must be licensed and living in a state with A Global Law Firm office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, contracts for service, vendor contracts, and non-compete agreements. The ideal candidate will have some experience working as in-house counsel and be comfortable being client facing as this role will be client facing and help grow the practice. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
