SalaryGrowing law firm is seeking an Insurance Defense of all levels litigation. 2 or more years of experience in Insurance defense litigation; Special interest in attorneys with first-party and 3rd Party insurance litigation and/ or construction defect litigation. Experience in 1 or more of the following practice areas would be ideal: Bodily injury defense commercial litigation, Insurance Defense, product liability employment law, business litigation.
The ideal attorney candidate will have the following:
- Proficient at handling a case from inception to resolution including preparation of pleadings, motion practice, taking depositions and trial work, handling mediations
- Experience in reviewing claims files, communicating with claims professionals and clients
- Self-starter; professional
- Works well both independently and in a collaborative environment
- Energetic, enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
- Steller research written and verbal communication skills are key
- Motivated, ambitious, and career oriented

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
