Role and Responsibilities:

• Legal Duties:
• Handle court appearances, discovery, depositions, motions, and mediations
• Engage in pre-trial preparation and client updates
• Prepare for and participate in trials
• Case Management:
• Direct reporting to a partner
• Primary handling attorney on own cases, based on legal experience

Qualifications:

• License: Must be a licensed Nevada attorney; dual licensure in Nevada and California preferred
• Experience: Preferably with Civil Litigation experience

Benefits:

• Compensation:
• Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
