Healthcare Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Litigation Attorney to join our quickly growing office in Nevada.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, handling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines.
• Experience handling all phases of general liability, complex commercial and insurance defense litigation matters.
• Extensive experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, depositions of parties and experts.
• Manage extensive motions practice.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, advocate for client interests and provide updates.
• Ability to build strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in Insurance Defense Litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• The ideal candidate will take the initiative, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Ambitious attorneys that want to not only provide their clients with the best possible representation, but also want to grow their practice in a full-service firm.
• Admitted to practice in the state Nevada.
