We are an 11-attorney full Civil Litigation law firm with offices in Santa Ana and Las Vegas (Henderson) with immediate availability in our Las Vegas (Henderson) location. The partners each have 30+ years of experience and they established the partnership 13 years ago.
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking hardworking and energetic associate with Civil Litigation and deposition experience.
- Strong writing and research skills, settlement negotiation skills and a thorough knowledge of civil procedure in state and federal court are necessary.
- We operate a highly collaborative open-door office in which each professional assists others to ensure all clients receive premiere service and current status.
- Pleadings, Written Discovery, Motions, Research, Depositions and preparing lawsuits for Trial.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge and experience with Outlook, Word and Excel is a must.
- 5-40 years Civil Litigation experience.
- Good Standing and Admittance to the Nevada State Bar required.
