SalaryAttorney, Litigation – Hybrid Position
The Keller Firm is actively seeking an experienced litigator. If you are a go-getter with 5+ years of experience why not consider joining our team? Title insurance defense experience or related work is a big plus, but not required. This is a hybrid position, and we will work with qualified candidates to optimize their work-life balance.
Compensation:$135,000 - $175,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
- Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws
- Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Supervise and mentor lower level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniques
- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses
- Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration
- Member of state and local bar associations in good standing
- Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision
- 5 years of required experience as a senior associate in the legal field
