SalaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Litigation attorney to join our dynamic legal team. If you have a proven track record of success, and at least 5 or more years of recent litigation experience handling plaintiff side personal injury cases, and are passionate about seeking justice for clients, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from complaint through resolution.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Propound and defend depositions and Discovery.
- Negotiate Settlements or take cases to trial as needed.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Florida.
- At least 5 years of recent experience in personal injury litigation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $160,000 per year.

- There is also a hybrid compensation arrangement available for this position, with a lower base salary, but includes a per case attorney fee commission, for uncapped earnings.
