Responsibilities and Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Audit and Compliance Associate will perform various clerical, audit, and reporting duties for the Compliance department
- Perform some standard monthly audits, as requested (i.e. new loans boarded, late fee assessment compliance, etc)
- Assist with gathering documents and review process for Vendor Management
- Assist with qualified written requests, legal, and complaint tracking
- Perform audit or assist with pulling data on internal audits
- Assist with pulling data on regulatory examinations, external audits, and client due diligence requests as needed
- Maintenance of and periodic review of servicing policies and procedures manuals
- Respond to client requests for annual audits
- Review and monitor NMLS site for exceptions or outstanding items and initiate appropriate follow-up through filing information and communicating as necessary with others in the Companies.
- In-house file document maintenance
- Research, read, and comprehend basic regulatory material
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Communicate clearly, both orally and written
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Associate degree preferred
- Collections and/or Mortgage Compliance experience a plus
- BlackKnight’s (ICE) Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) experience a plus

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
