As an Escrow Client Manager Vice President in Liquidity and Account Solutions, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in relationship management to make a significant impact within our Escrow portfolio, supported by user research and customer feedback to build and strengthen our relationships and continuously improve existing offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our services and ongoing success. In this role, you will join a team who is in charge of a portfolio of clients managing various types of Escrow deals. You will be responsible to work with different client needs such as payments, investments, Foreign Exchange, channels, etc in order to fulfill their underlying transaction scope (merger and acquisition, debit capital market, litigation, etc).

Morgan Liquidity & Account Solutions ("L&AS")works with global clients with complex cash management needs who operates across multiple countries, currencies, legal entities, and time zones, including multi-national corporations, high-growth technology companies, commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions, central banks and broker dealers. Our advanced, end-to-end solutions which combine physical, notional and virtual techniques enable our clients to achieve visibility, control and optimization of working capital.
Job responsibilities
- Manage a seamless end-to-end ownership and understanding of assigned portfolio and terms of the respective agreements
- Verify the deal information is setup up on all operating systems and contractual obligations denoted
- Understand all duties to be performed by JPMorgan under each Escrow Agreement
- Provide and promote strong and proactive customer service by responding quickly to client requests, offering solutions to client needs, and developing meaningful client relationships
- Ensure all account activities are in compliance with relevant governing documents and JPMorgan policies and procedures
- Understand points of escalation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in client management or a relevant domain area
- Familiarity with legal agreements
- Demonstrates strong customer service orientation
- Highly motivated and a team Player
- Strong client service and leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in independent decision making
- Compliance and regulatory experience helpful
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent PC Skills including Word, Excel
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
- 2-3 year's work experience in financial services, preferably in Escrow
