Park City Music Hall is a music venue with a delicious restaurant and a fast paced bar in the heart of the Black Rock neighborhood of Bridgeport, CT (known as the 'Park City'). We have a full kitchen with a great menu, as well as a dynamic bar. We are seeking exceptional candidates to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and cutting ingredients
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety guidelines
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and equipment
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with catering events as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to take direction from the chef and follow recipes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
