Position Overview

The Coca-Cola’s Summer Internship program is an 8-10 week experience at our headquarters in Atlanta, GA. The Global Technical Consumer Research Team (TCR) is thrilled to announce a Summer Internship opportunity for 2024! As our chosen intern, you'll play a crucial role in transforming how we operate globally by understanding the current state of our end-to-end data recollection and management during projects (from brief to results database). Envisioning the future state of data management, planning a homologated way of working and implementing the tools to make it happen across our TCR Global network. This is a great opportunity for global connections, infusing your unique perspective and valuable data management skills into the creation of this gamechanger. Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Current state of end-to-end data collection and management.
  • Engage with the TCR Global network and analysis to understand their unique needs and challenges, ensuring the new data management system is tailored to meet these requirements.
  • Plan and implement a unified way of working, incorporating new tools and techniques to streamline processes.
  • Implement the newly developed tools and processes across the TCR Global network, coordinating with teams across multiple locations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the new tools and processes, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with various teams, fostering innovation and driving change within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies throughout the entire process.

Functional Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Has experience in data analytics (structured and unstructured data)
  • Proficiently user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Word
  • Experience or some familiarity with conducting sensory & consumer tests is a plus
  • Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
  • Service minded, team player, high level of commitment
  • Passionate with an aptitude to quickly learn
  • Proactive, self-directed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding business-related information.

Education

  • Currently pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition or Chemistry with the emphasis of Sensory Evaluation, Statistics or Sensometrics; or Data Science & Psychology with working knowledge of statistics, psychometrics and/or measurement science

Compensation

$5026 per month

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
