```Duties```

~ no friday nights or Saturdays ~

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in cooking and plating dishes according to recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Proficiency in using knives and other kitchen equipment
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the kitchen team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
