Our small restaurant group in Gig Harbor is hiring line cooks for our fine dining restaurant, Brix 25. All of the restaurants are scratch kitchens that are professional, supportive and fast paced.
Brix 25 is a fine dining dinner restaurant located on the water in Gig Harbor. Open for dinners only, four nights per week - Thursday through Sunday. We are looking for a part time and a full time line cook at this location.
Brimstone PNW is a casual restaurant in downtown Gig Harbor. It is open Thursday - Sunday only. Thursday & Fridays open for dinner only, Saturday & Sunday both lunch and dinner. We are not currently looking for cooks for this location.
NetShed is a breakfast/lunch location on the water in Gig Harbor. Open five days per week Thursday - Monday from 8-2; in addition during the summer months we are open for dinner on Friday & Saturdays. We are not currently looking for cooks for this location.
At Brix we are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring that all food is cooked to the highest standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and working collaboratively with other members of the kitchen staff.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
