Weekend Prep/Line Cook

We are looking for a part-time Prep/Line Cook to join our great crew!

Position is for a Friday and Saturday nights doing prep work and being available to help the line cooks as needed. Potential for more hours once fully trained.

Looking for someone who is friendly, able to communicate well with others, has a positive attitude and is consistent. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently, we are looking for an individual who can prep quickly with minimal mistakes. Someone who is a team player and will help where they're needed. Previous kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right person. Everyone works as a team and picks up slack where needed, so you must be willing to accept other kitchen duties as necessary and not be afraid of dishes.

We require:

*Valid Washington State food handlers card *Must be able to work weekends and holidays *Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs

Some responsibilities include:

*Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies *Chop vegetables, slice meats, prepare sauces and other food preparation. *Clean up station and take care of leftover food *Stock inventory *Line-cooking & line prepping *Doing dishes

Compensation: $17 + Tips ($2-$4 per hour)

We increase wage based on performance and skill development. Cash tips range from an extra $2-$4 an hour. Employee shift meals & bev's included while working. Bar & food discounts when not working.
